     What is the heaviest thing in the world?

     “That’s easy,” you say. “Fat Fred, my sister’s cat.”

     But let’s be serious.        

     “Okay,” the trivia buffs chime in. “According to Guinness, the heaviest thing ever weighed is the rotating service structure at launch pad 39B at the Kennedy Space Center, which tipped the scales at 5,342,000 pounds.”

     “No, No, No,” the physicists object. “The heaviest thing in the world is osmium, which is twice as dense as lead.”

     Well, by some lights, you’re all mistaken.

     The heaviest thing in the world is actually a grudge. If you don’t believe that, try carrying one for a while…
